Emergency Connect

The City has a separate number to deal with emergencies –
011 375 5911
- which may only be used for life-threatening emergencies.

Through this number, you can get the police, medical assistance, or emergency services such as the fire brigade or ambulance service.

Calls are logged and you and the City can keep track of the progress of any issue.

All queries should be channelled through the call centre, Joburg Connect, which can be contacted 24 hours, seven days a week, on 011 375 5555.
