Big four conference centres| Forty top-class venues
JOHANNESBURG is the country's top exhibitions venue, landing more than halfthe number of all exhibitions held in South Africa, and way ahead of rivals CapeTown and Durban.
Research shows that of the 1 900 exhibitions held in South Africa every year,51 percent are held in the Johannesburg area, with Cape Town taking 15 percentof exhibitions, and Durban coming in at 11 percent.
In 2003, a strategic alliance was formed between the Johannesburg TourismCompany and the Exhibition Association of Southern Africa (Exsa), with the aimof promoting Johannesburg as a prime destination for national and internationalexhibitions, conventions and special events.
The following list includes exhibitions taking place in various venues aroundthe city and has been arranged chronologically.

Soccerex
