City Power has issued a code of conduct for meter readers. In terms of the code, readers should be dressed in uniform for the customers to allow them into their houses. The uniform must have the company's logo on the front and City Power's logo on the back. Readers should produce their identity cards so that their company details can be verified through City Power's call centre on 011 375 5555.
