THIS year sees a host of events lined up for music lovers. From the Tamia concert and Oliver Mtukudzi's performance, to Jazz on the Lake and Jazz at the Blues Room, all the way to Late-nights in Newtown, fans and supporters are in for a treat.

Tamia

Tamia

The smooth notes of rhythm and blues and the warm Spring air make the Tamia concert a calender event not to be missed. Canadian born Tamia first gained prominence singing the single "You put a move on my heart", the first single from the Quincy Jones' 1994 hit album "Q's Jook Joint". She will be performing at her concert on 26/27 September.

Eliades Ochoa

Eliades Ocho

The heady, romantic beat of authentic Cuban music will full the air when Cuba's Eliades Ochoa, a founding member of the Buena Vista, comes to town. This not-to-be-missed evening is a rare moment in history when we get to see a living legend in our own city.
