What is the procedure for City of Johannesburg tenders?
Copies of the tenders are available only in printed form, at a cost of R100, or, in certain cases, an amount as specified on the tender document. Tender documents are available from the contracts section on the 15th floor, Metropolitan Centre, Braamfontein.

Who do I contact about tenders?
The contact phone numbers during office hours between 8.00am and 3.00pm are 407 6293/407 6283/407 6293.

Deposits are payable at the cashier on the ground floor between 8.00am and 3.00pm

Tender submissions must be in the original (no fax copies), and include all information requested in the tender document

Sealed tenders marked with the contract number and addressed to theMunicipal Manager. City of Johannesburg must be placed in the tenderbox at the main entrance, ground floor, Main Administration Building,Metropolitan Centre, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein not later than10.30 on the closing date shown and will be opened in public in thevestibule (Main Entrance) ground floor, Main Administration Building,Metropolitan Centre, at 11.00 on that date.

NO LATE TENDERS, COPIES OR FAX COPIES OF THE TENDER DOCUMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
