• Johannesburg Water (JW), the City's water and sanitation service provider would like to inform residents living in Soweto about a scheduled water interruption.
  
  Areas affected: Dobsonville: Main, Dzana, Nonhlanhla, Msikane and Gwele Streets   
  Date: 15 July 2009
  Time: 08h00 to 14h00  
  Reason: Infrastructure upgrade  
  Impact on customers: No water
  Roaming water tankers will be available in the affected areas.

• Johannesburg Water (JW), the City's water and sanitation service provider would like to inform residents living in Wynberg about a scheduled water interruption.
  
  Areas affected: 1st Street and Arkwright Avenue  
  Date: 14 July 2009
  Time: 09h30 to 15h30  
  Reason: Infrastructure upgrade  
  Impact on customers: No water
