The draft Integrated Development Plan and budget for the 2009/10 financial year is open for comment. It's a chance for residents to have their voices heard.

ONCE again, the City is calling for its residents' views, this time on its draft Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and budget for 2009/10.
The document guides development in the City and discusses the outcome and impact of the growth management analysis in relation to the revised Spatial Development Framework (SDF) and the Capital Investment Framework for the city.
It also outlines the progress and the challenges Joburg is facing in the implementation of 2010 projects.
If necessary, it will be revised before it is approved. It will be used to improve development and service delivery in the city.
