City Buzz

rev5.jpgCITY Buzz is the Revenue & CRM department's regular newsletter, which aims to keep its customers informed about key issues that affect them on a day-to-day basis in bite-sized pieces of information. The newsletter is distributed by post to over 600 000 customers monthly, and is included with the monthly statement that customers receive. The City believes that regular communication with the City's customers is important, and the more customers are educated about the City's processes, the easier the task becomes when they need to transact with the City.
