Vision and mission

South African Ballet Theatre's Romeo and JulietThe theatre aims to stimulate and enrich people’s lives through quality productions, creating a world-class venue for live entertainment.

It aims to be the country’s theatre of choice, with a strategy to be a self-sustaining business that provides a platform for entertainment and a forum for the empowerment and education of previously disadvantaged people.

In addition, it provides a platform for local performers, musicians, directors, designers and technicians to improve their skills through sponsorships so that the productions that are staged are financially sound, ensuring a constant source of income for the theatre.

It also aims to be a top-class facility for corporate functions, business meetings, office parties, trade launches and private catering, with a welcoming environment that offers solid, dependable service.
