Contacting Joburg Water
I
N supplying water and sanitation services to such a vast geographical area, Joburg Water has divided the city into six regions:
- Joburg Central
- Deep South
- Randburg/Roodepoort
- Midrand
- Sandton/Alexandra
- Soweto
In each region there are Customer Service Centres where residents can apply for new services, make queries or lodge complaints, and pay for accounts.
