Region F Education: Information on all the registered crèches, nursery schools and day-care centres in the region can be obtained from the regional environmental health manager. Tertiary institutions in the region include: University of the Witwatersrand University of Johannesburg Central Johannesburg College Cida City Campus These are large institutions that draw commuting students from all over the city and beyond its borders and residential students from all over the country. The region also actively promotes and implements a system of learnerships.
