Walk-In Centres

The region has established three Walk-In Centres to improve service delivery.
They have been set up specifically to encourage the public to report or query any council-related matter. These centres serve as a link between the communities and the City's administration.

A network of people and information enables the Walk-In Centres to offer a seamless environment for the customer.

They provide the following services:

Easy access to business information, council information and services;
Log, direct and monitor service requests relating to water, electricity, refuse, roads, park agencies and regional functions;
Provide special information and support services; and
Provide provincial government information.

The Eureka House Walk-In Centre offers a number of additional services, namely:

Maintain regional online content - intranet, web content and so forth;

Pay point facilities for council services and traffic offences; and

Renewal of vehicle licences.
