2008-02-25: Johannesburg Water Statements

Johannesburg Water (JW), the water and sanitation service provider for the City of Johannesburg wishes to advice customers that their monthly statements for February 2008 have been delayed due to unforeseen technical problems. The statements will only be sent to customers at the end of March 2008, together with the monthly statement for March.

Should customers wish to obtain balances or payment details, they are requested to phone Johannesburg Water Revenue Call Centre at 011 688 1600.

Johannesburg Water wishes to apologize to the affected customers for any inconvenience caused and undertakes to have the technical problem resolved as soon as possible.
