12-11-2014: Passenger Notice: Withdrawal of R19 Buses

As per notice issued on 5 November 2014, all buses on R19 will be withdrawn from service as from Monday, 17 November 2014, due to the implementation of Rea Vaya Route F11, Yeoville/Library Gardens.

Metrobus passengers who have trips on their tags which cannot be utilized on Rea Vaya buses, are advised to consider one of the following alternate Metrobus routes:

Both R421and R22 buses travel in the Yeoville (R19.) area, and from the outer terminus in Cavendish Rd, passengers could cross over to Louis Botha Ave in order to connect with R13 A,B & C, and R15B buses. From R421 buses, passengers could also connect with R13A, B & C & R15B, to travel to Gandhi Square.
