The Member of the Mayoral Committee, MMC Funzela Ngobeni will be delivering the City of Joburg Budget Speech for 2018/19 as delegated to him by the Executive Mayor Councillor Herman Mashaba on Thursday, 25 May 2018 at the new Council Chamber, Metro Centre.    

The Budget Speech Day will give the City of Johannesburg an opportunity to emphasize the importance of service delivery and give overarching plans, programmes and priorities of the City to residents and various stakeholders.

Members of the media are invited to the accreditation session, pre - Budget Speech, where they will get accreditation and receive details of the logistics for Budget Speech Day.
