The MMC for Housing in the City of Johannesburg, Cllr Meshack Van Wyk, invites members of the media to his visit to Eldorado Park Flats. 

In Eldorado Park, the City of Johannesburg has transferred 453 out of 501 properties.

The remaining 46 properties a reported to have suffered from various challenges ranging from family disputes to tenants refusing to take ownership of their units due to the alleged derelict status of these buildings.

The visit will allow the department to address these matters for resolution.
