WATER supply will be interrupted in Johannesburg’s northern suburbs on Tuesday, 19 June from 6am to 11pm, due to the replacement of a leaking 300mm pipe at corner Prichard and Government streets in Northriding.

Affected areas include Bloubosrand, Broadacres Shopping Centre, Cedar Creek, Cedar Lakes, Chartwell, Kya Sands, Steyn City, as well as parts of Farmall and Northriding.

Water tankers will be placed at the following points:

Johannesburg North at the corner Pritchard and Post Office streets;
Bloubosrand at the corner Vloot and Agulhaus,
River and Bernie at the Shell Garage;
Waterford Estate entrance;
Albany Bakery;
Kya Sand at the Dry Cleaners;
Cedar Creek gates;
Chartwell at the corner of Third and Cedar streets;
Northriding at Boxer Street;
Hyperion at Hampstead Gardens;
Farmall  at the corner of 1st Road and Main;
At the corner of Zandspruit and Watercombe; and Cedar Lakes.
