Tomorrow, 05 March 2019, the Executive Mayor of Joburg, Councillor Herman Mashaba will mark another momentous occasion for his administration, when he launches the Albert Street and Fraser House projects.
Both housing projects aim to contribute to the City’s inner-city revitalisation initiative through the conversion of dilapidated buildings into habitable mixed-sized residential units.
The Albert Street project comprises of 83 residential units, while the Fraser House transitional housing project, located on 60 Macintyre Street in Jeppestown, offers temporary housing for the homeless and some working homeless who earn an insufficient income to afford long-term housing.
