Tomorrow on 23rd May 2019, the City of Johannesburg hosts the South African Human Rights Commission for Africa Day Social Cohesion Summit.
Integration of people from all backgrounds and walks of life is a democratic tenet upon which this country has been built towards an equal society.
It is for this reason that I join in celebration of Africa Month in efforts to unite in our diversity.
Johannesburg carries the hopes and aspirations of Africans who elect to build a new life in this great city with the opportunities it presents.
The City encourages all residents to embrace the beauty and diversity of the people who call this place home.
