Statement of the Executive Mayor on MMC Masuku returning to duty

The Executive Mayor of the City of Johannesburg, Cllr Geoffrey Makhubo, received notice from Cllr Loyiso Masuku, MMC for Group Corporate and Shared Services, on her intention to return to duty as of 27 October 2020.

The Mayor has noted the notice and accepted the return of MMC Masuku to her role and that of Leader of Executive Business (LOEB).

The Executive Mayor has extended a word of gratitude to MMC Mally Mokoena and MMC Mpho Moerane, who acted in the positions of MMC Group Corporate and Shared Services and LOEB, respectively.
