The City of Johannesburg would like to inform its customers that it will be reopening its Randjiespark Customer Service Centre in Midrand, Region A.
The Centre will reopen on Monday, 16 August 2021. The Randjiespark Customer Service Centre is located at number 300 - 15th Road, Randjiespark, Midrand. Services offered at this centre are payment of accounts, Refunds, Clearance certificates, Opening of new accounts, application for pensioner rebates, Change of ownership, Water and electricity connections and account queries.
Operating hours at the centre are as follows:
Monday 07h30 to 15h30
Tuesday 09h00 to 15h30
Wednesday 07h30 to 15h30
Thursday 07h30 to 15h30
Friday 07h30 to 15h30
Saturdays and Public Holidays closed.
Customers are encouraged to make use of this Centre and also to email the regional office on regionarevenue@joburg.org.za
