​The City of Johannesburg would like to inform its customers that it will be temporarily closing its Waterfall Customer Service Centre in Midrand, Region A.

The Centre which is situated in Waterfall Estate has been experiencing network challenges for a while now and it is therefore the reason why we have to close this office for a period to ensure that the network issues be sorted out.

Customers may visit the Sandton Office at number 137 Daisy Street, Sandown.

Operating hours at the centre are as follows:
Monday                09h00 to 15h30
Tuesday               07h30 to 15h30
Wednesday          07h30 to 15h30
Thursday              07h30 to 15h30
Friday                   07h30 to 15h30
Saturdays and Public Holidays closed.
