The Department of Economic Development at the City of Johannesburg has teamed with PurpleGrowth Training & Executive Coaching to offer a virtual Financial Management training and coaching programme for entrepreneurs.

Small business owners will learn to interpret financial statements, execute a cash flow analysis, and get insight into budgeting and profit planning as a result of this skills development programme. In addition, they will enhance their understanding of financial management concepts such as the time value of money, capital planning, financing, and working capital.

For the duration of this training programme, PurpleGrowth will use three of our Opportunity Centres to facilitate access to live virtual sessions as well as pre-recorded content. Only the selected Opportunity Centres will be a part of the rollout.

Applications are open and will close on Monday, 16 May 2022. Interested entrepreneurs can apply for admission to the programme by emailing their CV to any of these designated centres:
